| Most orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation for $4.60. (See payment section for holding times for checks and money orders and International section for information on International shipping.) |

| We accept check, money order, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that for money orders, your items will be held until the money order arrives. Checks, however, may be held for 3-7 days after arrival before the items will be shipped. |

| Because of the high rate of International fraud, we reserve the right to refuse any international order. They will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail me with your order and your current address. Shipping rates will be actual shipping via USPS to your country. |

| I can repair or resize any item for a small charge. Please e-mail me at genie@beadgeniecreations.com for a quote. If you purchased the item from me and it broke under normal wear and tear conditions, I will repair it free of charge. |

| I can gift-wrap any item. If requested, I can also send it directly to the recipient. Please put a note within the comment field of your order. |

| » Jewelry Care |

| Most items at Bead Genie Creations are sterling silver. In order to slow tarnish, they can be stored in an airtight container, such as a zipper-sealed bag. Occasionally, you can shine them with a jewelry polishing cloth. Though Bead Genie Creations builds jewelry to last, various stones and crystals can be delicate. Try to put on your jewelry after you’ve sprayed your hair and put on make-up and perfume. Remember that pearls, turquoise, opals, and a few other items can be sensitive to excessive moisture. If your item is looking particularly tarnished, I would be glad to clean it for you. |
